My daily skincare routine is pretty basic, and doesn't really have any specialist products. In this post I will talk individually about each product and how often I use it. I do pretty much the same thing morning and night and I love every product I use.
I use Estee Lauders Gentle Eye Makeup Remover (buy here) In the evening (only on days I wear makeup of course) before I do anything, It id defiantly one of my favorite makeup removers as it isn't too oily, which I find many are. It is very effective and efficient.
I use a facial wash in the morning and evening, And it it the first step in my routine in the morning and second in the evening. I have two favorite facial washes Benefit's Foamingly Clean Facial Wash (buy here) and Merumaya's Luxury Facial Wash (buy here) read my full review of it here. A facial wash is a very important part of my daily routine as it gets rid of almost all of my oil which has started to increase in the last month or so.
The next step in my routine is a Clarifying Lotion, I use Clinique's (buy here). In my opinion it it one of the best on the market. I have recently started using this particular product so I don't have much of an opinion on it yet but is far better so far than previous ones I have used.
The step after I let my clarifying lotion sink in is a spot treatment. I use two spot treatments and alternate between the two, Benefit's Boo Boo Zap (buy here) read my review of it here and Merumaya's Concentrated Spot Treatment (buy here) read my full review here I use a spot treatment in both the morning and evening. I prefer to match my spot treatment to the facial wash I use that day (I have no idea why!) This is pretty important step for me as I absolutely despise pimples!!
I use Crabtree & Evelyn's Himalayan Blue Body Lotion (buy here) after I finish doing my face! I use this product on my legs and arms every night, it is the perfect body lotion for me as i have very dry elbows and legs but it isn't too oily which I find a major issue!
I use Biore's Deep Cleansing Pore Strips (buy here) once a week, they are really fun and quite effective. One downside to them is sometimes they leave a sticky surface on your face, but that washes off easily without a problem!
